At Safeguard Janitorial, every space we clean is treated as our own. If something happens to break during our routine service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item. Our cleaners are fully insured, so claims can be filed when appropriate.
What if something is missed?
If after 24 hours you’re ever dissatisfied with our service, give us a call and we will make it right. You, our customer, should expect nothing less than total satisfaction.
Do I supply your team with cleaning supplies?
No. We arrive with everything we need. We’re proud to use the best products and vacuums on the market to ensure that we leave your space looking great.
At any time you prefer us to use specific cleaning products, feel free to let us know and we’ll do everything we can to work with your requests.

What if I need to reschedule?
Safeguard Janitorial understands that life is unpredictable. We will work with your schedule to ensure that we’re cleaning your business at a time that’s convenient for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call us 48 hours before your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes! We want to ensure that you’re completely satisfied. We recommend that you call us directly with any special instructions so that they are recorded. Our friendly office staff will be happy to record them, so the cleaners know what’s expected when they arrive.
